Lying by outfit

A sporty jacket and short hair - you'd think this is sporty Anna. In fact I'm more tired than I've been in a long time. Now I've heard from clever people that a low carbonate-diet can have this effect. I've lost 8 kg and my stomach is having the time of our lives, but I feel I have to add some carbs if the fatigue (you can also suffer from difficulty to concentrate and feel a bit down apparently!?) goes on. Do you have any experience in this field??

Sometimes I gaze at other people's hands. And my own. Amazing tools, aren't they? Through work I meet a lot of persons with neuropsychiatric disabilities where the use of hands is a challenge. So many things can be done for you, like feeding, wiping, pulling, buttoning and lifting. But to touch, feel and hold...
Touch something with gratitude today!

Lovely lovely rings, and of course that beautiful table runner / fabric.
I do hope you are feeling a bit more energetic soon. I'm not sure at all about low-carb diets, are you eating brown rice. I think that has good long lasting energy. (Though really, chocolate solves all issues! - as you can tell, I'm not one for dieting, but I do like the idea of loosing 8kg).
Take care of yourself, do things slowly, bit by bit. It would be better to have a small amount of carb and feel better and loose weight slower, than totally starve yourself.

Thank you for that great link to the ceramics. I looked and looked, the shapes are so lovely. So in tune with what I love in ceramics. My mum was a ceramicist, and lots of other family members. So I really appreciate the artwork of those handmade pieces.

Ja, visst är våra händer fantastiska? Jag som hade en inflammation i handleden i över ett år är SÅ tacksam över att den fungerar! 8 kilo, vad duktig du är! Men lite energi behöver du säkert. Ta hand om dig, kram!

I have always taken the sense of touch for granted. Thanks for reminding me how special it is!

Oh, how I wish I could help you feel more energetic. It could be any number of things...a friend of mine (a doctor) wrote a book a few years ago called "Why am I so tired?" and it's a complex issue. She says that she'd rather treat a drug addict than a chronically tired woman, just because there are SO MANY possible reasons for tiredness and it's so difficult to treat. She would probably say to get a full check-up with your doctor...maybe see a nutritionist?

All I can offer is my long-distance admiration. You know, I could see from the photos that you had lost that weight you so much wanted to lose (to fit into that fabulous summer dress)...and that is SO wonderful. Will you be able to wear that dress this coming summer?

Low-carb diets always make me feel awful--maybe add a bit of whole grain bread?

That first ring is so cute. I'm not a low carb gal. But I do find that exercise give me energy (weird).

Oh, poor honey. You do look tired in that photo! I haven't tried a low-carb diet, so I'm afraid I can't be much help there. Hopefully you'll figure out how to get your energy back sooner than later. In the meantime, get some rest and have a couple potaotes!

Anna! I saw you live! And you looked great! So you can probably slow down a tiny little bit now!

I did a low carb diet last year. Lost 15 kg, was very proud and as soon as I added a few more carbs ( like tons of chocolate, pasta and bread) I gained 15 kg again and then some! And I was very tired in periods. I think that when the tiredness sets in you should add a small amount of carbs but good carbs - don`t do like me! And never go under 20 grams of carbs a day! Your brain ( and body) needs that much just to function......

I am back on a low carb diet again.Mostly because I have no patience and endurence what so ever and low carb gives a fast result! Hopefully I have more sence this time and when it`s time to start adding some carb I don`t do it in chocolate! Now, who exactly am I trying to fool.....

Tänkte först när jag läste att LOW-CARB diet kanske gjorde dig sportig (inte bara trött) men så kanske inte är fallet, även om det låter sportigt att "low-carb:a"
Jag tror lite på det lagoma så just nu försöker jag hålla in på sött på veckorna (men äter pasta, potatis, ris) Får äta lite sött på helgen. Och bara det ger lite resultat på vågen.
Grattis till dina -8 kg! Härligt när man lyckas gå ner.
