Refashionista!

I en av de första inläggen berättade jag att jag inte ska köpa några nya kläder under 2008. Dels för att det faktiskt är så att jag har allt jag behöver men mest för att jag upptäckte att jag köpte kläder av fel anledning. För mig, alltså. Sedan snubblade jag över den här sidan (som jag också skrivit om tidigare) där ni nu kan se mig åka skridskor på en bild från förra året. Meningen är att jag ska skriva ett inlägg i veckan om hur jag gör för att "återskapa" kläder och inspirera andra. Jag tycker egentligen att jag är överkvalificerad för projektet eftersom man får köpa second-hand, handgjort och kan skaffa sig "frikort" om man skulle råka stöta på drömplagget på världens superrea. Men det ska bli jättekul att vara med. Därav bilden på duken ovan - den håller på att bli en kjol! Kom ihåg; i morgon är första dagen i färgveckan - pion!
In one of my first posts I told about my decision not to muy any new clothes during 2008. Partly because I really don't need any clothes but mostly because I purchased clothes for the wrong reasons. For me, that is. Then I stumbled onto this site (that I've written about earlier) where you now can watch me skate in a picture from last winter. The idea is that I post once a week for the 6 months I've joined in for, about how I refashion clothes and inspire others. Honestly, I think I'm over qualified for the project because you're allowed to buy secong-hand, handmade and can get a free card if you should happen to find the item of your dreams in a super sale. Bit I'm thrilled to be a part! That's why I put in the photo of a the table-cloth above - it's turning into a skirt! Remember; tomorrow is the firstday of colourweek - peony!
